Delete your Howie account
Howie is an app published by Studio Vaxa.
In the app (the easiest way)
- Open Howie and go to the My account tab.
- In that tab, tap "Delete my account".
- Confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
The web version of Howie uses the same account and the same data: deleting the account from the app, or from the web version, deletes it everywhere.
If you no longer have the app
Write to us at howie [at] studiovaxa [dot] com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Howie account deletion". We will delete your account and reply within one month at most.
Without an account, Howie holds nothing about you: your notes stay on your phone, and removing the app removes them.
What is deleted
Your notes, notebooks, tags, voice recordings and photos, and the account itself.
What remains
Nothing is kept: there is no backup, no bin and no grace period.
Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription with Apple or Google: that is done in their settings.
